Housing Management Coordinator (251304)
Working across Saltburn and Redcar
Permanent, Part time (30 hpw), primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional work outside these hours.
Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum, pro rata), with benefits including Health Cash Plan.

This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team in Redcar and Saltburn. You’ll focus on tenancy support, ensuring homes are safe and well maintained, and help tenants manage their tenancies and rent accounts with the goal of moving them to secure, long-term housing.
Typical day as a Housing Management Coordinator
* Ensure properties are well-maintained and support tenants in managing their tenancies.
* Assist tenants with housing benefit claims and ensure payments are received.
* Issue warning letters and notices, and attend court when necessary.
* Prepare rooms for new tenants and ensure maximum occupancy by turning around vacant properties efficiently.
* Maintain health and safety standards and ensure maintenance is up to standard.

You bring
* Experience in housing management, including managing caseloads and landlord duties.
* Knowledge of re-letting, rent collection, and tenancy actions.
* Leadership skills to guide and support colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and positively influence diverse backgrounds.
* A proactive, organized, and positive attitude.
* Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

* Primarily Monday to Friday, 9-5, with flexibility required.

* Must have a vehicle insured for business use; mileage paid.
* Enhanced DBS check required; paid for by us.
