As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line—resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing

* Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and a smile in your voice.
* Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
* Building rapport and trust with customers by actively listening and showing empathy.
* Keeping detailed records of interactions and following up when needed.
* Collaborating with teammates and managers to continually improve processes.

* Strong communication skills—you know how to listen as much as you speak.

* Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
