Customer Service Specialist - General Insurance
Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £23,600 | Full-time, flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday)

What you'll be doing:
1. Chatting with customers about policies, renewals, and updates
2. Helping people get the most from our digital tools
3. Solving problems, calming nerves, and ensuring smooth operations
4. Dealing with complaints in a calm, kind, and professional manner
5. Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
What we're looking for:
* Some customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre experience is suitable)
* A clear, friendly communicator who can stay calm under pressure
* Confident in using Microsoft Office and multitasking
* A genuine people person who enjoys helping others
