* Monitor and manage approximately 100-150 emails daily, ensuring timely responses and accurate handling of all correspondence.
* Extract relevant data from emails, documents, and attachments with a high degree of accuracy.
* Enter and organise data efficiently into Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
* Upload processed data from spreadsheets into the company\'s internal systems and databases.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify or obtain additional information as needed.
* Maintain organised digital filing systems for easy retrieval of processed information.
* Support ad hoc admin and secretarial team with a variety of different tasks
* Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
