The role involves supporting individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally. Empowering individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals is at the core of what we do. You must have a willingness to embrace all aspects of support, including personal care, domestic tasks, and assistance with accessing work, education and social opportunities.
