Drivers Mate – Customer Delivery & Installation Support
Location: Plymouth, PL7 5JY
Shift Pattern: Working 45hrs a week, 5 days on then 3 days off
Salary: £15.85 an hour

In this role, you'll support our Customer Delivery and Installation Drivers with the safe delivery, installation, and collection of a wide range of electrical products, including white goods, televisions, and cookers. You’ll be the friendly face our customers meet, making a lasting impression with your professionalism, care, and commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Deliver, install, and demonstrate white goods, televisions, and cookers in customers’ homes.
2.
Engage with customers to ensure a smooth, informative, and high-quality delivery and installation experience.
3.
Maintain regular communication with your site team to adapt to delivery changes and escalate any unplanned issues.
4.
Use handheld devices (Savvy) to complete visits and collect customer signatures.
5.
Liaise with manufacturers at point of delivery if required.
6.
Safely handle all products and support your team in doing the same.
7.
Manage the physical demands of the role, including lifting and securing products using straps and sack barrows.
8.
Follow company procedures, health and safety policies, and site-specific guidelines.
9.
Deliver and collect tote boxes and products from our retail stores.
10.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and delivering exceptional service.
