Sales Coordinator

T2M Resourcing are working with a well-established and highly regarded engineering business to recruit a Sales Coordinator into their specialist measurement and test division.
The Sales Coordinator will support the engineering and sales teams to achieve the overall growth objectives through administration and coordination of sales activity. The business has customers across the UK in the automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing industries. They offer new equipment sales, service contracts, and spare parts; this role will support sales activity across all areas.
Key duties of a Sales Coordinator:
Supporting sales, projects, and engineering teams to ensure a quality service to customers.
Coordinating sales activity and updating the CRM system.
Complete tasks within early sales process such as credit checks, NDA submissions, and order form submission.
Assisting with quotations and order completion with internal and external suppliers.
Monitor and report internally on KPIs and sales activity levels.
Ensure high quality administration and reporting is delivered across the department.
Acting as a point of contact for customers during and post sales process.
Requirements to be successful as a Sales Coordinator:
Experience in supporting sales teams within an engineering or manufacturing business.
Strong organisation and administration skills.
Able to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Understanding of sales processes for capital equipment, spares, and service contracts sales.
Confident is using CRM and ERP systems such as SAP.
Commercial and sales finance knowledge such as credit checks and sales margins.
Familiar with standard documentation such as quotations, NDAs, and order forms.
Highly numerate and literate with excellent written communication skills.
This role will be office based in Warwick however there may be travel to customer and supplier sites therefore UK driving license is essential for the role.
