🌟 Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary: ÂŁ13.16 per hour (ÂŁ25,662 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement: Manual UK license required

What You’ll Need
* đź’¬ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* 🧑⚕️ Previous experience in a care/support setting
* đźš— A valid manual UK driving licence
* 🏡 The legal right to live and work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
* 🌅 Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
* 🎨 Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
* 📝 Contributing to tailored support plans
* đź’¬ Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
* 📋 Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters

James enjoys going to Farmability where he gets to paint, feed the animals, do woodwork and much more. He has built his independence over the years and loves interacting with his housemates!
Jon has the best sense of humour and always has a smile. He makes us laugh daily and is full of jokes. He loves to go swimming and to travel to Oxford and London.
Jake enjoys sitting in the bedroom and listening to music. He has his own sensory swing in the garden which he likes to relax in. He has built up his courage to now go out and do swimming and long walks. He makes people laugh and giving out hugs and enjoys head rubs.
Joe is an amazing young man, he loves to chill, trampoline, going out and shopping. He loves to keep busy.
Jason* is an independent man who enjoys going out shopping or for walks.
