Key Responsibilities Solution Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Insurance Expertise : Act as the primary authority on insurance domain knowledge, guiding system design and process improvements across underwriting, claims, and policy administration. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to define requirements and influence strategic decisions. Process Optimisation : Analyse and re-engineer insurance workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Governance & Standards : Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, data governance policies, and regulatory frameworks. Mentorship : Provide guidance and coaching to analysts and project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Core Skills & Experience Deep understanding of insurance operations and regulatory landscape. Proven track record in leading enterprise application projects within complex organisations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
