Medinet is seeking experienced Breast Radiology Consultants to support services at Wycombe General Hospital under Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. The role involves delivering high-quality breast imaging services across screening and symptomatic pathways.
Main duties of the job
* Morning list: One-stop breast clinic with approximately 12 patients
* Afternoon clinic: Free-booked ultrasound sessions with 810 patients, depending on complexity
* Provide expert interpretation of breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI (if applicable)
* Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions as required
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NHS standards
* Attend a paid on-site induction and training session

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GMC-registered Consultant Radiologist with a subspecialty in Breast Imaging
* Must be on the Specialist Register
* Competent in screening, symptomatic, or both pathways
* Able to manage varying caseloads and complexities independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
