£14.50 per hour (PAYE), £16.25 per hour (incl. Holiday Pay)
£33,000 per annum basic + bonus + OT (when permanent)

06:30 am starts
Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy
Description of the customer
Our client in Northampton (Brackmills) is hiring a Class 2 driver for a permanent position. The role involves delivering various products to new build sites and merchants for a building supplies company.
Full description of the role
* Operate a class 2vehicle delivering to local and national areas
* Perform vehicle checks and inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.
* Working to a delivery schedule and informing customer of any issues/delays
* Follow safety policies and procedures.
* Deliveries and collections to customers across the UK
* Moffett training provided to suitable candidates once permanent
Skills / qualifications
Valid C licence (Class 2)
Moffett licence preferred but not essential
Valid Tachograph & CPC
No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
Minimum of 12 months Class 2 driving experience
