We're searching for a Delivery Manager who can bring Scrum expertise to our Blended Experience Programme (BEP), driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that make a real impact.

You'll thrive in this role if you have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-vendor, cross-functional projects of significant size and value, and you're highly skilled in Scrum and Agile methodologies. You know how to set up and run sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and scrum ceremonies, and you're comfortable coaching teams in Scrum best practices. Your experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches means you can choose the right tools and processes for each initiative. You'll be comfortable managing internal and external partners, optimising resources, and ensuring delivery aligns with organisational strategy and standards.
