🔍 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound telephone and web enquiries, capturing detailed briefs and asking the right questions to understand client needs.
* Create tailored proposals and quotations, recommending appropriate AV and production solutions with a strategic eye for upselling.
* Oversee and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring efficient delivery of projects from enquiry to completion.
* Build lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the planning and execution process.
* Prepare comprehensive technical specs, including equipment, staffing, and logistics for seamless event delivery.
* Produce essential event documents such as timelines, risk assessments, and supplier details.
* Coordinate the loading, transport, and delivery of equipment, ensuring all venue requirements are met.
* Lead on-site crews, technicians, and suppliers to install and de-rig equipment under tight deadlines.
* Serve as the on-site point of contact, managing live event operations and ensuring exceptional client service.
* Conduct post-event reviews to improve future operations and client satisfaction.
* Support senior management with profit analysis and contribute ideas to grow and improve the business.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Highly organized, proactive, and reliable team player with a sharp eye for detail.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
* Skilled in time management and able to juggle multiple high-pressure projects.
* Confident problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and strong initiative.
* Must hold a clean UK driving license (minimum age: 21 due to insurance).
* Empathetic and solutions-focused when working with clients.
Desirable:
* Hands-on experience in live event production, particularly with AV, lighting, sound, or video technologies.
