As a group we are looking to break into the white-collar construction / civil sector and as a company we are optimistic that this is the time to establish our white-collar division which will enable Menfor Group to work with existing and new clients nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Conduct necessary research to establish ideal recruitment solutions
* Manage the full 360 cycle
* Lead generation
* Candidate generation
* Cv formatting
* Competent using LinkedIn recruiter
* Advertising on various job boards
* Build relationships with leading construction, civil and concrete companies
* Approach new and existing clients regarding live vacancies (Business Development)
* Contingent recruitment
* Ability to manage multiple clients
* Offer strategic solutions (sourcing candidates)
* Present findings to clients in concise and clear manner and Identify opportunities for improved processes
* Client Visits
* Conversing at director level

Qualifications
* Degree level, A level or GCSE,s
Must have
* Valid driving license
* Experience using LinkedIn recruiter (essential)

Hours of work 8,30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
