ADR Network are recruiting for an experienced Transport Co-ordinator to work at our client in Crick.
Role and responsibilities
* Tuesday – Saturday rota
* Day Shift - 07:00-15:30
* Co-ordinating trailer allocation ensuring system is accurate and up to date
* Briefing and de-briefing drivers to ensure they fully understand expectations for the day
* Maintaining filing routines and Microlise housekeeping accurately
* Provide an exceptional standard of service to both internal and external customers
* Adopt a pro-active approach to ensure all issues, concerns and improvements are communicated to all appropriate parties in a timely manner
Key requirements
* Have 12 months minimum experience working within a fast paced transport office
* Understanding of Microlise and Tachomaster
* Must be PC and Excel literate
