Position: Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and place top healthcare professionals within NHS and private healthcare settings across the UK.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including client account management, candidate relationship building, and compliance.
* Collaborate with team members to meet placement targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Utilize Matrix, ID Medical, and Plus Us systems for candidate management and recruitment processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience in UK healthcare recruitment.
* Proficiency with recruitment systems including Matrix, ID Medical, and Plus Us.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recruitment challenges.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
