Hera Beauty has grown significantly and this role exists because of that success. You'll step in as the single point of accountability for revenue delivery across our customer base, leading a talented team and working hand-in-hand with the Commercial Director to shape how we go to market.
You'll own the relationship with our top account, lead joint business planning across all key accounts, and build the operational rigour that lets our commercial team perform at its best. This is a high-profile, high-impact position with real scope to leave your mark.
