Library Administrator Manchester City Centre £15.36 per hour upto 3 month temp contract 35 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm The Role: One of Manchester leading University’s are seeking a highly organised and proactive Library Administrator to join the Library team. This role provides administrative and operational support across the university Library and other departments. You will play a key role in supporting senior staff, coordinating activities, and contributing to the effective running of the department. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management. Organise and manage meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Coordinate departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases. Support communications within the department and across the university. Assist with financial and HR processes as required. Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Person Specification: Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
