A growing financial services firm in Harrow is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build long-term client relationships and provide tailored financial advice across a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial advice on savings, investments, pensions and protection products
* Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients
* Conduct fact-finds and assess clients financial goals and risk profiles
* Recommend suitable financial solutions in line with regulatory requirements
* Maintain strong compliance and documentation standards
* Generate new business through referrals and networking
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a financial advisory or paraplanning role
* Knowledge of UK financial products and FCA regulations
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a professional, consultative approach
* Relevant qualifications (Level 4 Diploma or working towards) preferred
