As a Creative Arts Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping pupils express themselves, build confidence, and engage with learning through creative activities such as art, music, and drama. Working closely with experienced teachers and support staff, you’ll provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, making a genuine difference to each child’s development.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will:
1. Have a background in or passion for creative arts (e.g. art, music, drama, performance)
2. Bring experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable individuals (school, care, youth work, or similar)
3. Show a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism and SEMH needs
4. Be patient, resilient, and confident in a specialist school environment
5. Communicate effectively and bring a positive, proactive attitude every day
