You will be working for one of UK&x2019;s leading healthcare provider This exceptional care home provider is dedicated to creating a safe, clean, relaxed, and homely environment while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to every resident To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin Nursing/Clinical Experience within a care home is essential As the Care Quality Manager your key responsibilities will include: Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care Ensure homes are compliant with RQIA and prepared for any upcoming inspections Conduct weekly reports sent to the Operations Director regarding service quality Conduct weekly audits, create and implement development points to further improve the home Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area Monitor results and improvements The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience working as a Quality Manager Exposure to RQIA inspections Passion for the care of elderly people Care Home background The ability to work over a 7 day period to include weekend visits Experience of care planning Experience of management within a care home The successful Care Quality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,500 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days.
