Company Overview Xoserve is the Central Data Service Provider, that sits at the heart of Britain’s complex gas market as a specialised contract management and assurance company. Xoserve maintains accountability for the delivery of the Data Services Contract for the industry, which is delivered by a key outsourced service provider. Role Summary We are looking for two Regulatory Change Specialists who will proactively manage industry changes, ensuring central processes and systems align with industry regulatory frameworks and best practices. You will work collaboratively and lead engagement with industry parties, customers and Xoserve service providers to coordinate the assessment of regulatory change they are managing. You will also ensure outputs from the regulatory process which are required from Xoserve in its role as the CDSP, are delivered to the expected quality and standard whilst ensuring industry party / customer requirements are met. Responsibilities: · For the purpose of regulatory change, the role will lead engagement with the industry / customers, facilitating impact assessments and where required the delivery of regulatory change in line with requirements. This includes supporting the development and assessment of potential regulatory change being considered by customers. · Build and maintain excellent working relationships with our service providers to ensure the successful delivery of industry regulation change to create maximum value for customers and the industry. · Obtain and provide insight to customers to help them understand the potential impact of changes on their business. · Attend industry forums, as required, to lead and support customer and industry through change. Act as liaison, facilitator and customer interface with delivery teams as required and influence the development of regulatory change where required. · Coordinate the collation and creation of information required to support regulatory change ensuring delivery to agreed timescales and requirements/obligations. Specialist/Technical Expertise: · Demonstrate experience in customer facing roles. · Proven track record to effectively manage change. · Knowledge of the industry regulatory frameworks for the purpose of supporting regulation change. · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Ability to work in collaboration with our customers and service providers to achieve positive outcomes. · Self-starter who is able to work independently, take the initiative and be accountable for delivering the requirements of the role. · Able to interpret complex scenarios and explain them clearly and simply. · Innovative thinker and problem solver.
