Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop themercial finance team, ensuring excellence in performance and reporting.
2. Conduct market reviews and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across various sites and projects in the UK and abroad.
3. Prepare financial models, business plans, and reports for senior management to support key decisions.
4. Contribute to acquisition projects, including due diligence, scenario planning, and financing strategies.
5. Support presentations to banks and stakeholders on investment and financing matters.
6. Review financial statements and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements
7. Qualified Accountant with a right to work in the UK – sponsorship not provided
8. Proven experience inmercial finance, financial modelling, and strategic analysis.
9. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, investment appraisal, and business planning.
10. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
11. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to presentplex financial information clearly.
12. Background in acquisitions and due diligence processes is highly desirable.
