We are seeking a proactive individual to join our Supply Chain Team as Supply Chain Co-ordinator working with the schedulers. Previous experience of the supply chain function is not essential however a good knowledge of computers, systems and mathematics is required. The Candidate: Ideally the candidates will be self-starting, motivated individuals with great organisational skills and a good eye for detail. Problem solving and fantastic written and verbal communication both internally with colleagues and externally with customers will be critical.Whilst you will be working within a team, you will each have your separate responsibilities, customers and production lines. Therefore, as an individual you need to be proactive and hands on driven by a desire to ensure that all key tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled and that the best possible results are achieved for both customers and internal stakeholders. Bradbury's is a fast paced environment so being able to respond with speed, confidence and clarity will be a necessity. The Role: Duties will include:- Multi-tasking approach to manage varied tasks and activities within the supply chain function Play a key role in the planning, control and delivery of products in full and on time to your allocated accounts Create relationships with key staff across the site and engage in thorough communication Create relationships with your customers key contacts liaising with them regularly Manage, review and amend data and systems such as Syspro (inventory management)MRP (material requirements planning), Orchard (warehouse management). Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity. To be conversant with and participate in activities and developments relevant to the post. To maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times. To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing Bradburys To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for the post.
