What you will do
* Support children in care and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, providing guidance and assistance to help them flourish.
* Undertake regular assessments and create comprehensive care plans, ensuring each child receives personalised and effective support.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, including health services, education providers, and local authorities, to deliver holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records, documenting critical information to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Substantial frontline experience working in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
* Experience in working with children in care and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children would be advantageous.
