Position Details: Starting salary of £26,180 per annum, including a base salary of £24,000, a £500 flexible benefit, and up to £1,680 discretionary performance bonus.
Role Overview: You will be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping customers with transactions, technology, and fraud protection, demonstrating problem-solving and listening skills in a busy, varied environment.
Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assist with transactions, queries, and service needs
* Build relationships and find solutions
* Develop knowledge of products and services
* Identify ways to improve customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience, face-to-face or telephony
* Effective communication skills to understand customer needs
Desirable:

* Right to work in the UK
Additional Information: Full-time, branch-based role in Ayr, working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
