Are you a highly organised individual with excellent customer success or member support experience?\n\nWe are recruiting for a permanent Member Support Executive based in Holborn, working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with one hour lunch. The salary is between £28k-£32k Per Annum (DOE). This role offers flexibility with hybrid working (1 day in the office and the remaining 4 days from home).\n\nThis is a newly created role and will be key in developing the Intercom AI communication tool for member queries as we move away from traditional email/call centre comms methods, so it's a great opportunity to help shape how that side of the business will operate.\n\nIf you are looking to join an established and fast-growing business that will offer you a friendly and supportive environment, then continue reading…\n\nDuties will include:\n\nResponding to email and telephone queries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner\nResponsible for Intercom by managing and maintaining improvements and providing support to members\nUpdating compliance documentation and other administration such as records to ensure details are accurate and auditable\nProviding improvements for support strategy, identifying opportunities to increase efficientlyTo be successful for this position, you must have at least 1 year experience in a customer support or customer success role.
