Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work in SEN schools across Penarth and Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need extra support to thrive in their education.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning materials as needed.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
* Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable.
* A positive, patient, and resilient approach.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
* Right to work in the UK.
