Senior Insight Analyst Up to £57,000 London (Hybrid) We're working with a leading UK broadcaster to hire a Senior Insight Analyst into their Commercial Audience Insights team – a high-impact, strategic role supporting senior stakeholders across sales, digital, and campaign planning. You’ll bring together audience data, research and performance analytics to shape advertising strategy, prove ROI to clients, and influence commercial decisions at the highest level. THE ROLE Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and commercial leaders, you’ll: Translate stakeholder briefs into actionable insight plans. Analyse TV, digital, and YouTube data to assess campaign performance. Use tools like TechEdge, TGI, AdIntel, TouchPoints to uncover audience and ad effectiveness insights. Deliver compelling reports and stories that support commercial decision-making and client conversations. Manage original research projects and support wider initiatives like Project Lantern. YOUR SKILLS Experience in a media agency or owner, or advertiseror. Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with large datasets. Experience with tools like TechEdge, TGI, AdIntel, TouchPoints, or with BARB data. Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management. Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI or similar a plus. Comfortable working across multiple briefs and delivering under pressure. Bonus: SQL or survey research experience; understanding of campaign measurement or brand lift.
