If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our sales team. We are looking for individuals with great personalities, strong motivational and people management skills, and knowledge of the home buying process.
The role is varied, with responsibilities including leading a committed and highly effective team, maximizing revenue opportunities, and working collaboratively within the regional sales remit, alongside the Head of Sales/Sales Director and other regional functions. The goal is to deliver the operational performance and customer experience needed to meet the region’s business plan and future growth targets.
You will oversee a team that takes pride in settling new homeowners where they belong.

Main Responsibilities:
As a member of the divisional senior leadership team, it is crucial to adopt a ‘whole company’ perspective on the performance of Building Homes. Changing Lives. Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and update weekly sales reports
* Ensure sales staff follow through reservations to exchange and completion
* Respond to enquiries from solicitors
* Manage the Sales Administrator
* Liaise with construction regarding CML and move-in dates
* Motivate the sales team
* Develop relationships with estate agents and nominated solicitors
* Manage training of Sales Negotiators and relevant staff
* Coordinate with marketing on advertising, events, and feedback
* Attend marketing planning meetings
* Coordinate signage and graphics for sites
* Manage new site setups
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record in sales and sales management, with the ability to inspire others to achieve high sales and customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of using data and insights to drive operational strategies
* Strong coaching skills for developing sales excellence and conducting career development conversations
* Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing, demanding environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Good understanding of the construction industry, legal frameworks, mortgage markets, and financial implications related to build methods and sequences
* Knowledge of the property market and competitor activity
* Generous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annum plus bank holidays
