Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and organised GraduateMusician & Administrator to assist the Director of Music in promoting enthusiasm for, and excellence in, Music throughout the School. The successful candidate will also aid in the teaching and administration of a busy and dynamic Music School, and assist with concerts, music tours and stage productions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Director of Music in promoting enthusiasm for and excellence in Music across the School.
* Support teaching and administration of a busy and dynamic Music School.
* Assist with concerts, music tours and stage productions.
* Organise a broad, enriching and high‑achieving co‑curriculum that expands student leadership and teamwork opportunities.
* Communicate and implement the co‑curriculum and promote its educational value across all areas.
Qualifications
* Good honours degree, preferably in Music or Music/ Sound Production.
* Experience in administrative work and/or a musical background.
* Resourceful, well‑organised and enthusiastic.
* Willingness to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Benefits and Working Conditions
* Full‑time (18.75 hours per week), term time only (34 weeks).
* Salaried at circa £27,000 per annum pro‑rata (≈£9,800 per annum).
