Overview Of The Role
The Team Leader provides support and guidance to social care workers, ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example. Responsibilities include liaising with the Assistant Team Leader, reporting concerns, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain one is required, and on‑call response duties are part of the role.
Key Duties
* Lead support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
* Supervise and manage the overall service, assisting the team as needed.
* Liaise with managers and other shift leaders.
* Execute tasks professionally, promptly and accurately.
* Share mealtimes with those we care for to encourage a positive attitude toward food and dining.
* Assist in daily activities within or outside the service.
* Use initiative when supporting activities and day‑to‑day tasks.

The Hollies supports 21 adults in six purpose‑built bungalows and a two‑storey apartment building, located near the town centre of Sutton in Ashfield, supported by Quality Care, our sister company in the East Midlands.
