General Maintenance Operative Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week) Location: Field‑based across multiple UK sites A long‑established UK property operator is looking for a versatile General Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings. You'll be carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across storage sites, office spaces, and small retail units. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a building trade or property maintenance role NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating Roofing/cladding experience (desirable) CSCS card (desirable) Confident using IT systems to log work and manage costs Strong organisational skills to meet KPI/SLA targets Good understanding of H&S, including hazard identification and point‑of‑work risk assessments Full UK driving licence Able to work independently and communicate clearly with site teams Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
