The Role
As a Student Progress Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 with their academic progress
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning and close gaps
* Help students stay organised, focused, and on track with their work
* Support teachers in monitoring and tracking student progress
* Provide targeted support in core subjects where needed
* Encourage positive attitudes towards learning and achievement
You’ll play a key role in helping students move forward and feel confident in their progress.
