Marketing Administrator Rotterdam House, Gateshead Office-based with Hybrid Working Basic salary of £25k plus company benefits Job description We are looking for an administrator to join our Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Team. This is a key role within the team, working closely with the Marketing Executives, Retail Marketing, Advertising, and our in-house Studio team to ensure the smooth delivery of creative and communications across national and regional campaigns. You will assist in the asset management and uploads, managing retail offers, and campaign administration, helping to maintain brand and legal compliance across all outputs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in an admin role and would like to work in a fast-paced marketing team environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the roll-out of marketing assets and offers across New, Used, Aftersales, Commercial and Motability sectors. Marketing communications planning and execution support, working with marketing communications colleagues. Help maintain and update offer and franchise pages on the website, including find-a-dealer, new car offers, and content. Ensure all marketing activity is legally and brand compliant, including FCA obligations Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to gather information and ensure timely delivery of assets Provide administrative support for divisional and local events Assist with quarterly offer updates including asset web uploads and manufacturer pricing changes Lead the generation of assets through ai platforms. Support the team in developing strong working relationships across Retail, Studio, Data, Social and Digital teams Managing the Marketing Operations Board and requests including: Local Search info updates GMB scheduling and posting Audits Competitor Analysis Looking after the design mailbox Briefing in administrative tasks such as image requests directly into studio Escalating the tasks to relevant Marcomms executive. Key skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Great attention to detail – including grammar and proof-reading Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Able to work independently and collaboratively Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience of work management platforms (e.g. Asana) would be an advantage.
