Job Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will work alongside an Account Manager, supporting at every stage of the project from brief forming, through response shaping and into delivery, in collaboration with other team members.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will support in all project lifecycle requirements, such as creating specifications, timelines, and budgets from the client’s brief, all the way through to project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, resilient and a self-motivated professional, with experience in a similar role in an agency, working with our biggest and most enjoyable clients.
We have a range of blue-chip clients, across several sectors, including industry-leading names in Healthcare, Energy and Financial Services.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a similar role within an agency
* Is experienced in dealing with a variety of clients and their associated needs
* Has the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Is self-motivated, driven to deliver, resilient, and uses own initiative with a solution-focused approach
* Has the experience and confidence to lead on smaller projects from brief to delivery, with Account Manager support as required
* Has good verbal and written communication skills, and is able to work both independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time, hybrid role, with an expectation of working from our Northampton office a minimum of one day per week.
