Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist in the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes prepared. The role involves managing kitchen inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The Sous Chef will also collaborate on menu development and contribute to creating a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Experience in kitchen management, inventory control, and supervising staff
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Culinary certification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
