The Role
This is not a maintenance role. This is a growth role.
You’ll own and develop our most important wholesale accounts across the UK and Ireland - driving revenue, improving margin, and building strategic partnerships that accelerate our brand presence in key retailers.
You will be commercially accountable, data-driven, and confident sitting across the table from senior buyers.
What You’ll Do
* Own revenue and growth targets for key UK & Irish wholesale accounts
* Lead seasonal sell-in meetings and commercial negotiations
* Build joint business plans with strategic retail partners
* Use sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and stock requirements
* Work closely with production and operations to improve forecasting accuracy
* Drive in-season trading opportunities and repeat orders
* Represent the brand at trade shows and key industry events
* Travel to prospect for new retail partners
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years wholesale account management experience
* Strong commercial instincts and negotiation ability
* Confident presenting to buyers
* Analytical mindset — comfortable working with sales data
* Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland regularly
* Ambition to grow with a scaling brand
* Office based but flexibility offered with travel commitments
* This role requires regular travel to all areas of Ireland, the UK, and occasional international travel
* Flexibility on work hours when required, including occasional evenings and weekends
