Psychology Teacher – Rochester

We’re working with a well-regarded secondary school in Rochester seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic learning environment and is confident delivering KS5 content. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent.
Contract: Part time, starting immediately
Salary: £168 - £232 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to KS5 students
* Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum standards
* Take on full teaching responsibilities including parent evenings, reports, and pastoral care
* Collaborate with the department to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching Psychology at KS5 level
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Willingness to take on full teacher duties
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
