Nightshift Manager Role
We are looking for a Nightshift Manager to lead a team overnight in delivering all replenishment activities across the store, prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves. The role involves running a full store operation independently during the night, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues, and maintaining high standards for opening in the morning.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and pay for the team.
2. Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all team members, especially given the physical and mental demands of nightshift work.
3. Providing excellent customer service and coaching the team to do the same.
4. Monitoring KPIs and performance indicators, and managing employee relations issues.
5. Leading store operations independently in the absence of senior management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with nightshift working, resilient to its physical and mental challenges, and committed to inclusivity and team wellbeing.
Our nightshift roles are full-time over 4 nights (typically 22:00 - 08:00), with a £4,500 shift premium, along with various benefits including discounts, bonuses, free food and drinks, generous holiday entitlement, pension matching, share scheme, wellbeing support, colleague networks, Cycle to Work scheme, and special offers.
We are committed to inclusivity and supporting our colleagues through development opportunities, mentorship, and ensuring a welcoming environment. If you require reasonable adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know.
