Leisure Team Leader role at Village Hotels
As part of the Leisure Club team, you’ll work alongside the Leisure Club Manager to keep our clubs running smoothly. You’ll focus on keeping members happy through efficient processes and a commitment to customer excellence, supported by a team of fitness-focused staff.
You’re a natural leader who understands what makes a workplace great and motivates your team through excellent customer service, seamless operations and a passion for fitness. You’ll be organized and able to multi-task from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor. You’ll help others perform to their maximum potential, whether assisting members to achieve goals or supporting colleagues in their careers in the fast-paced fitness industry.

Responsibilities
* Work with the Leisure Club Manager to keep clubs operating smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective processes.
* Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding service and fitness experiences.
* Stay organized and multi-task across key areas, from poolside management to gym-floor coaching.
* Support members in achieving their goals and help colleagues develop their careers in the fitness industry.
