We’re seeking an immediately available Accounts Administrator with proven experience in finance administration to join us on a 3-month contract, working 20 flexible hours per week that can be arranged around your schedule.
Your Tasks
Process invoices efficiently and accurately, including resolving queries, reconciling supplier statements, managing GRNI, and ensuring timely payment runs.
Maintain accounts payable records, including intercompany invoices, vendor information, credit card and expense transactions, and posting payments.
Support cash management, including intercompany transfers, balance reporting, and bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, FX revaluations, and journals.
Provide general finance administration support, including Cleemy system management, archiving, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
You Bring
1. Previous experience in accounts administration or accounts payable.
2. Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
3. Confident Excel user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Organised, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
