As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles.
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday to cover our opening hours of 0800 - 1800
Salary: Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
* Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards
* Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements
* Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
* City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
* 1 year of experience in the diagnosis and or servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
