A well established, growing company who manufacture beautiful garden products for both commercial and residential clients are looking to recruit a CAD Technician to work closely with the Project Managers to produce proposal and manufacturing drawings. Previous experience of AutoCAD and joinery/woodwork is essential for this role.
The role:
1. Support the Project Management team with new and existing projects, product development and draughting.
2. Interpret architectural drawings to develop proposal and manufacturing drawings.
3. Create and maintain project management documentation
4. Offer back up to the Projects department
5. Occasional site visits
What's required:
6. A working know ledge of joinery is essential, previous hands-on joinery experience would be ideal.
7. Able to use AutoCAD 2D & 3D
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
9. Must have a keen eye for detail
10. Able to prioritize with good time management skills
11. Able to work on multiple projects at any one time
12. A clean driving licence is preferable
What's on offer:
13. Salary circa £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
14. Performance related bonus scheme paid twice per year
