We are looking for a dynamic and detail-focused Operations Support Administrator for a busy and expanding operations team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting field activity coordination, project delivery, and the overall operational flow of installations, while also contributing to a positive customer experience. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules for installation and follow-up works. Manage and adjust technician diaries to maximise daily efficiency. Act as a point of contact for mobile teams, offering live operational support. Organise logistics with external providers, such as scaffolding and equipment transport. Handle inbound queries from both customers and field staff via phone and email. Keep internal databases updated and ensure all regulatory and compliance documents are properly maintained. Administer payment processes linked to installation activity, including tracking and follow-up of outstanding amounts. Assist with departmental planning, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities. Candidate Profile Essential: Previous administrative or operations support experience in a fast-moving setting. Strong time management and communication skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Calm, professional approach when handling escalations or difficult interactions. Minimum of GCSE-level (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English. Desireable: Familiarity with sectors such as renewable energy, electrical services, or construction. Previous exposure to a customer service or call-handling environment. Basic understanding of home electrical systems. Experience in managing small-scale projects or taking ownership of key tasks from start to finish.
