Position Overview

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Westford / Chelmsford / Carlisle area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
Responsibilities
* Problem solve on the job - finding solutions to get the job done exceptionally
* Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. outdoors and indoors
* Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
* Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
* Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
* Managing time efficiently and effectively to get jobs completed staying on schedule
Skills and Requirements
* STRONG problem solving skills required
* 5+ years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry, home repair, home renovation, painting, drywall, flooring, DIY projects
* Hands-on knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
* Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet/phone)
* Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
* Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable
* Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
* Time management
* Valid driver's license
