Overview
Compass Associates is partnering with a large corporate care provider to recruit a Residential/Dementia Home Manager for their medium/large-sized care home in Nottingham. The team is dedicated and enthusiastic, committed to making a positive difference in residents' lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care in compliance with CQC regulations.
* Support and develop the care team.
* Ensure sound financial performance of the home.
* Lead by example, motivating staff and maintaining excellent standards of care.
Candidate Profile
* Experience as a Residential/Dementia Home Manager with a strong understanding of CQC criteria.
* Track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
* Confident, positive, and motivated to make a difference.
Requirements
* Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or willingness to study.
* Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
* At least 3 years of Care Home Management experience.
* Minimum of 5 years in a care environment.
Location Details
The home is situated in Nottingham, within commuting distance from Hyson Green, Bramcote, Colwick, Newark, Wilford, Edwalton, Lenton, and Woodthorpe.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £60,000
