Property Data Manager
Contract – 6 months

We are looking for a Property Data Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of supplier and property data across the estate. If you thrive in a data‑driven environment and enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insights, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
About the Role
As Property Data Manager, you will be the engine behind the flow of supplier data into core systems, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and ready to support operational and strategic decision‑making. You’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that highlight supplier performance against SLAs, milestones, and financial targets, directly supporting Property & Estates, Acquisition, and Legal teams.
Responsibilities of the Property Data Manager include:
* Maintain accurate supplier and property data in Siterra and the Data Warehouse, ensuring high data integrity through robust validation.
* Build clear, insight‑driven reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to track SLAs, milestones, and financial performance.
* Analyse trends and performance indicators to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Champion best‑practice data management, driving automation, consistency, and continuous improvement across systems and processes.
* Act as a key liaison for supplier data queries, supporting operational and compliance reporting needs across Property & Estates, Acquisition, and Legal.
* Ensure all data processes meet governance and regulatory standards, supporting audits with accurate, timely evidence.
The successful Property Data Manager will have:
* Strong experience in data management, reporting, or analytics within high‑volume programmes or projects.
* Background in property, estates, or legal data environments — telecoms experience is highly desirable.
* Experience managing supplier data and performance reporting.
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with familiarity in project management tools.
* A proactive, detail‑driven approach with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams.
