They are seeking a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker to join the team and help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
* Oversee security measure, including locking and unlocking buildings
* Manage waste disposal and recycling
* Monitor heating, lighting, and ventilation systems
* Assist with setting up rooms for events and activities
* Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent maintenance issues
* Liaise with external contractors and service providers as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Basic maintenance and repair skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
