We are supporting a growing agency that creates a wide range of web and application solutions for clients across multiple sectors. They are looking for a software developer who is genuinely interested in digital product development and wants to be involved in building high-quality, user-focused solutions.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable contributing across both front end and back end development.
What you will be doing
* Developing and maintaining web and application solutions across a range of projects
* Working closely with designers and other developers to bring ideas to life
* Contributing to technical discussions, planning and delivery
* Taking ownership of features and seeing them through to completion
* Writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code
Experience you will bring
* Solid commercial experience in object-oriented programming using a strongly typed language such as Java or C#
* Hands-on experience with front end development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
* Confidence working across both front end and back end, as this is a full stack role
* A genuine interest in digital development and the type of work produced in an agency or studio environment
* Ability to clearly demonstrate current, hands-on experience with the technologies listed on your CV
For those targeting the upper end of the salary range
* Experience leading or owning parts of a project
* Involvement in planning, specifications or project delivery discussions
* Exposure to mentoring or supporting more junior developers
